I think you could work on making the characters fitting into the backgrounds more believable - the brightness make them stand out a lot. The rain also could use some improvement ... it wouldn't continuously come down in long lines. I get you can call these things stylistic choices but I'm trying to help you improve :)

Your good use of staging really helps the story. Good job :)

I was more doing the rain that way to emulate how it was done in a few times in Batman the Animated Series as well as to save me time due to the workload. I'll try to work on everything though!
